Order Processing

In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Pre-orders will be dispatched once stock becomes available. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and shipped as soon as possible.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Click & Collect
Skip the shipping wait by collecting your order directly from us.
How it works:

Select the "Click & Collect" option at checkout.

Wait for your "Ready for Collection" email before heading to the store.

Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) when you arrive.

Delivery Timeframes
- UK standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- All orders will be delivered within a maximum of 28 days from the dispatch date, in line with consumer protection regulations.
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods or launches.
- Orders created after 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed the next business day.
- Orders created after 12:00 PM on Saturday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping Areas
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping! Please note that for all international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable local taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery.
Failed Deliveries or Returned Parcels
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for redelivery costs. We recommend double-checking your shipping details before confirming your order.
